Private SEO & AI search consulting · Edmonton
Roseburne is a private search consultancy for Alberta businesses. One consultant and one fixed fee, for a considered rework of your website so Google and AI assistants understand your business and recommend it.
An AI answer, illustrated
"Who does good bookkeeping for small businesses in Edmonton?"
Why it matters
Customers start their research in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. If your site isn't clear to those tools, you're never in the answer, and you won't see the lost deals in your analytics.
What's in a Site Rework
I use Claude and standard SEO tools to audit and rewrite quickly, then review every change by hand.
Indexing, sitemaps, robots rules, broken links, redirects and mobile issues, plus page speed problems found and fixed where your platform allows.
Schema markup for your organization, products, FAQs and articles, so search engines and AI tools know exactly what you offer.
Clear, quotable pages tuned for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, plus an llms.txt file where your platform supports one.
Categories, services, hours, photos and description tuned so you show up in Google Maps and local searches.
Your homepage, product and use-case pages rewritten around what buyers search for, without losing your voice.
A FAQ built from the real questions people ask Google and AI about your category, written so AI tools can quote it directly.
Rankings, speed, indexing and AI mentions measured before and after, explained in plain language.
Which posts to update, merge or retire, and the next topics worth writing. The Growth package writes them for you.
How it works
Essentials takes about two weeks and Growth about five. Timelines start once I have access to your site.
I test where you appear in Google and AI search, and find what's holding you back.
Indexing, speed, metadata, schema and llms.txt, done directly in your website editor. No developer needed.
Rewrites of your key pages and a new FAQ page, reviewed with you before going live.
Before-and-after results, blog recommendations, and what to do next.
Engagements
All prices in Canadian dollars. Every engagement begins with a complimentary 20-minute review.

Who I work with
Most of my clients are trades, clinics and professional firms, where one recommendation from Google or an AI assistant can mean a booked job or a new client.
FAQ
AI tools recommend companies they can clearly understand and that other trusted sites mention. That starts with a technically clean site, clear pages for each product and use case, structured data, and FAQ content that answers the questions buyers actually ask. The Site Rework sets all of that up.
Most Alberta agencies charge monthly retainers, commonly $1,000 to $5,000 a month. Roseburne charges one fixed price instead: $1,500, $2,500 or $4,000 CAD depending on the package. You pay once and own the results.
llms.txt is a proposed standard: a plain-text file that gives AI tools a clean summary of your site and its key pages. Support from AI companies is still limited, and Google has said it doesn't use it, so I treat it as a quick extra rather than a ranking factor. I add one wherever your platform allows it; some hosted platforms don't.
Technical fixes are often picked up by Google within a few weeks. Ranking for competitive terms and being consistently recommended by AI usually takes three to six months. You get a before-and-after report so you can track it.
No one can honestly guarantee rankings or AI recommendations. I guarantee the work, a clear report of what changed, and no contracts.
Yes. I'm based in Edmonton and work with small businesses and startups across Alberta, including Calgary, Red Deer and Lethbridge, and remotely anywhere in Canada.
WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and HubSpot CMS: platforms you can edit without a developer. I make the changes myself with an editor login. Custom-coded sites that need a developer to change aren't a fit.
Complimentary · 20 minutes
Answer four quick questions. I'll run the questions your buyers ask through Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, then walk you through what I find. No pitch deck, no contract.
